Georgia's heart was racing, lying to the cops had not been in her to-do list today. Unfortunately, there was no other option. As the cop approached her, Georgia quickly tried to think of what might justify her chasing the girl with a pipe. Suddenly it hit her, almost like a light bulb went off in her head. The cop was now only inches from her, and Georgia tried to seem cool and collected.

"So, Miss, there has been a report from two terrified little girls that you have been chasing them around with a pipe, trying to assault them. Is this true?"

"Well, no officer," Georgia responded. "This girl approached me and verbally assaulted me, and then proceeded to threaten me that her Dads 'friends' would get to me if I didn't get out of town! You see, officer, this girl's Dad is part of a gang, and she has always found happiness in trying to hurt me. It's almost like a game to her."

"How does chasing her with a pipe justify that?!" said the cop, skeptically.

"Well, that's because she said that her Dad's friends might take a while to get here, and she wanted to head start. Then she picked up the pipe, and tried to hit me several times! It's lucky she tripped or I might have gotten very hurt."

"Oh! Well then, hmm.." said the cop.

A) should the cop believe Georgia and arrest Madigan

B) should he arrest Georgia and believes Madigan
